If you choose not to then the best solution is to contact the Chase retirement department at 1-866-806-3303. If you have general questions a rep in Chase's investment department may be able to help at 1-800-392-5749. The last result would be to contact Chase customer support center at 1-800-788-7000, but be advised that you will be directed to a bunch of other departments before you get to someone who can really help. You must be willing to give your account number or you SSN in order to be help properly.
