What can ya'll tell me about these orgreenic kitchenware?

I look at these pans and I think to myself, "Ceramic Alloy, Slicker than teflon, doesn't need oils, tougher than teflon" What is this ceramic alloy, I think it's (AlMgB14)+(TiB2) also known as BAM this is the only thing I know that fits the criteria to a T are my suspicions correct?
