Crime records are public information, so to get someones crime history is free as long as you know where to look. There are a few ways to go about this. The first way is to look up the clerk of courts website for any given city, state, or county. If they have a clerk of courts page, on it they would have the info on how to get public records. These days, nearly all clerk of courts will have an online database you can search if you know the persons first or last name. You could also check PiPL, which is a deep web search engine that might pull up various crime records from different counties. The third way would require a SSI number. The official SSI page has a free service they do for U.S. citizens that lets you look up 10 SSI numbers for free every so many days. Sometimes those SSI reports will have current or possible court cases.
