Is it safe to use a pressure cooker that rocks on the stove?

The bottom of my pressure cooker is warped and it rocks when you set it on the stove or counter. All the gaskets and pressure parts are fine. The pot just rocks back and forth on my ceramic top range. The pressure cooker is probably 30-35 years old.

This old fella needs to retire. It would be better if this pressure cooker was stable during use. It will a lot safer for all involved with it. You can get a new one and it will be for that ceramic stove top. Be safe cooking.
