What can I eat to make me lose weight in two weeks?

I need to keep my weight down for a little while longer. I already workout. But I think it might have something to do with what I eat. Please help!

Some of the foods you can eat to lose weight in two weeks include: fruits, vegetables, sprouts, paneer and tomatoes and brown rice. This can also be supplemented with drinks such as: plain soda, black coffee, black tea and water flavored with lemon or lime if desired. You must, however, abstain from alcohol and you must also drink 10 glasses of water each day.

Whatever you do.. DON'T not eat! When you starve yourself and than start eating again, the food goes directly to your fat cells!! Try eating fruits n veggies but be sure to eat your 3 meals a day..... Chicken n salmon are two great choices to consider! As well as tuna with lettuce.. A whole new meaning to tuna salad right! I know! Anyhow these foods n proper exercise will get you into that valentines day outfit ..... I'm assuming that's what this is about lol!!! Good luck!!!!

Don't stop eating ! Try very healthy food . Salad , strawberries , banana , that kinda stuff .

Eat healthy, lots of fruits and vegetables!! ONLY eat whole grain bread. Eat in moderation, allow yourself a few small treats a day!! Exercise 5 days a week for at least 45 minutes but switch up what you do to assure weight loss!! Lose all soda, you don't need it! Drink plenty of water 6-8 glasses a day. Eat small meals every few hours rather than 3 big meals.

You don't have to belong to a gym or have fancy weightlifting or exercise equipment to engage and exercise.
