Iphone won't send pictures to my friends phone but she can get pictures from her other friends who also have iphone?

First check whether MMS messaging is on and put it on if it is off. If it does not send the pictures still, contact your carrier since it could be possible that you are not signed up for the picture messaging in MMS. If this is the case, they will send the provisional settings to you via your iPhone, after which you will be in position to send pictures.
