Doing all the right things, but blood sugar still high. why
i'm eating salads, lots of greens and eating 6 small meals a day. walking about 1 mile a day and drinking unsweet tea and water. very few soft drinks. the only thing i can think of tht my dr. says is not good is i dont sleep but 3-4 hours a nite. i've tried taking something to help but doesn't.
