Does the lemonade diet for 10 days really work?

Report as

Yes it works, however, the problem isn't losing the weight but both losing and also maintaining it. For that, you need something that is going to be beneficial for the long run, a book like http://bit.ly/longtermdiet . Good luck!

Yes it does work, it helps lose weight because it fast creates a serious calories deficit. Chances are, you will lose water weight and muscles but not the fat. It releases years of built-up waste in just ten days, while your energy soars. For more information you can visit www.fitnesstipsforlife.com/master-cleanse-detox-diet.html.

I second that it does work...you generally lose 1-2 lbs a day when done properly. Make sure you have thorough information on it before beginning though. Here's a good resource on the lemonade diet: http://www.thelemonadesite.com.

Yes, it does. I use it with a low calorie diet and exercise It curbs my appetite and makes me urinate a lot. That is the main reason I drink it and I will for the rest of my life along with my low cal (1200 a day) lifestyle to include burning 500 to 700 calories a day with cardio. Starving never works long term, which this cleanse alone is.

Maybe it works... but it's not recommended by nutritionists, instead of that, try this proven diet plan http://is.gd/waterdietalternative
good luck
