What Temperature Do You Bake Fish?
The rule of thumb when it comes to fish is to bake it at 425 degrees for 6-12 minutes per inch of thickness or until the fish is just about opaque throughout. Use the thickest part of the fish as your cooking guide.
400 degrees is the best temperature to bake a fish at. The fish is done when it is pearly white, and flakes easily when stabbed with a fork.
