Largely, Pharmaceutical companies fancy their agents and sales representatives to be competent and have credible sales training in pharmaceutics. A basic qualification is that an aspirant should have a bachelor`s degree preferably in marketing, business management or any related field. Other prospects are weighed according to their experience on previously entered jobs, trainings, and seminar workshops. The academic institution is also involved when it comes to the screening of an applicant. Schools that are well known and are respected are given credits. Whereas, if a candidate was able to present a post graduate studies specifically a Masters of Business Administration, a sense of priority can be expected.
