I would like to comment on horrible customer service from AT&T U-Verse. Who might I speak with or E-mail? Someone at the top. Thanks.
It's probably not that big of a deal. Maybe the person was having a bad day. Jobs like that suck. No one is perfect.
You could go ask at your local AT&T store
I love my AT&T, when ever I have had a problem. They put me through a higher manager. They have their number on the website..
I have never called when I didn't have a bad experience. Their a terrible company. Call back and task for some service and you will be disappointed again.
