What's a good way to get quick and fast?

I play defender for a soccer club but I have been on off season and I have gotten really slow and flat footed and we are starting are season really soon and I need to start training

People are just made fast. i got a 12.45 on the 100m.

Keep on running it get easier. I play the same postion. Play sweeper a few time to help u

Buy a pair of strength shoes. They have an extra sole on the toe of the shoe. Most basketball players use them to jump higher, but they will make you faster as well

Run stairs or do hill sprints. They really take it out of you, but 3 times a week and you'll be lightning fast real quick. Don't overdo it though, take atleast a days rest between workouts.
