How can you tell when some is being genuine?

In my opinion you should always trust your instinct. We have a gut feeling that tells us when something is okay and when questionable do not ignore it. You can also watch out for the body language of a person to determine whether she or he is genuine. When a person looks at you straight in the eye and maintains eye contact during a conversation, they show a form of genuine interest in you.

You half to be able to trust them. Its a natural feeling to not trust someone you don't know.
