Coffee has antioxidants in it that kill free radicals that cause cancers, that is a good thing. But in excess coffee is high in caffiene which can have dependency problems and bad side affects, which is a bad thing. So, I say coffee in small quantaties on a daily basis can be beneficial to your health but, overabundance of caffiene or additives to coffee like cream and sugar is bad for your health. So, drink a cup of black coffee a day.
Coffee is good for you if you use it in the right way many people think its bad but thats only cause they dont use it right! Coffee ifs found in every facial scrub i use:) cuz its healthy for the skin! Make sense? It keeps away pimples! It also energizes your brain:)
