Can someone help me on setting up and solving Rational Equations?

The Problem is:

The members of the Frisco High School Marching Band are going to New York this year. The group rate for airline tickets will be $28,000, and each member will have to pay an equal share for the hotel bill which will be $9,500. Each member will also have to contribute $25 for the cost of the buses to and from the airport an $200 for food while they are in New York. In order for each member of the band to contribute no more than $600 for the trip, what is the minimum number of band members needed to go on the trip this year? What is a reasonable domain and range?

The most simple way would be to set up the equation like this: $28,000/x +$9500/Y + $225/Z < $600. You would then solve for each variable and find the domain and range
