There are certain foods to avoid if you have a fatty liver. Eliminate or limit your intake of white bread, most ready-to-eat breakfast cereals, butter, concentrated sugar, hamburger, pizza, white rice, high-glycerin foods, high-cholesterol foods, carbonated drinks, fast foods and fried foods.
Foods that are high in saturated fat should be avoided. Highly processed foods, alcohol and sugary drinks needs to be avoided also. Food like french fries, fried chicken and donuts are some of the foods that need to be avoided.
