Image is one of the most important characteristics of any business, so it would make sense that the way a company's employees dress would say plenty about that company's image, thus, helps in improving the employee’s morale, enhancing productivity, lowering status barriers and fitting in with the corporate climate of customers. One important point to remember, when dressing in either business or business casual attire is that quality is much more important that quantity.
