Why are so many Beagles at the Humane Society?
I think because they are hunting dogs and they could be hurt by a animal and their owner doesn't have Money to fix it so they drop it off or something
Because they're extremely active, as well as destructive, animals. They're hunters, not house pets. And they bay and bark. All the time.
As cute as they are, they can be on the noisy side and with the hunting instinct, they tend to explore and get picked up.
