What is it called when you eat white meat( chicken, turkey and fish) but not red meat(beef, pork, lamb, veal)?

It's called being picky! lol, sorry I know what you mean, I only eat chicken, turkey, fish and pork (because when it's cooked it's white). It's just a life style, maybe you don't like the taste of red meat, or just the thought of it... sometimes it's even health reasons. There is no actual term for it.

you simply do not eat mammals. There isn't really a name for that type of lifestyle.

Pescetarianism (sort of). They only eat fish but therefore are not vegetarians, who eat no meat or fish.

You are picky when selecting your meat LOL. Some people eat only red meat like lamb, pork and veal and less of chicken turkey and fish. It depends on individual taste

I only eat white meats, and I consider it being pesca - pollotarian since there isn't really any other term.
