Should I tell her how I feel?

Hi all!
Ok, this is a long story but to make it short, here it goes, there's this girl I just love her a lot, I just think about her all the time, I can't focus on anything, literally I'm just in love. Ok now here's is the think, she knows I like, and I also know that she feels something for me, now the hardest part of all this is that she was the gf of one of my friends, that's the reason she doesn't do anything, but was interested on me before, talking and texting, and hanging out all te time, but she changed suddenly and now she's just avoidin at all, I know it's because of hi , now I feel I'm losing her, cause I know she had a feeling for me but I never told her
Should I still ask her out, because anyway she's gettin far from me? Or what should I do, maybe ask her what's going on?

Was thinking on do it on valentines day, but since shes gettin far from me, I think by that day will be too late

ask her out before another guy realizes that he likes her, your gonna miss your shot. just go for it, everything happens for a reason.

Yeah I really think I should ask her why she has being avoidin me all the time, because it really makes no sense, she was all the time texting me and, from a day to another, everything stopped, and she doesn't want to hang out more, when before she used to call me and ask me to go her home

well i have been in this situation before.i wouldnt ask her out yet. i would try to do or say something that will give a hint that she still likes you,then if u get a postive she still does then ask her out.you wouldnt want to ask her out and get shoot down and hurt. exactly what happend to me.

I do know she actually likes me, but she stopped showing interest on me, and I know that I should asked her before, when she was really interested, but know she's not, should I still tell her all i feel and ask her out, or jjust ask why she has changed?

Yes you should ask her out asap be for it get to late the longer you wait you are giving someone else a change to still her heart

How do you actually do it if u have no time to tell her, and I'm not a text guys, so I would like to her face by face, I was gonna tell her on school but I would be 10 minutes, before the other class starts, will it be enough time

It would be ADORABLE if you asked her out on Valentines Day. But talk to her and find out what is wrong. Don't tell anybody about your valentines day plan! Bring her a gift. Chocolate, flowers, etc.

I'll tell her on vday, for sure, tomOrrow I'll ask her what's going on, is there a nice way to ask her that, cause I just don't want to be rude, neither make her feel bad, but I know she won't tell me what's going on, she would just say nothing
