My sis and her husband are drunks both got DWIs this week and lost their jobs Can I get the 2 kids

Call your local county Department of Human Services or Child Protection agency. Be prepared that your own back yard is squeaky clean, you have enough monies to provide for the children, moving school districts will be okay with them and most important, the children won't hate you because you took them away from their parents. Drunks are often a more fun parent. Bless you for wanting to protect and care for them. This will certainly cut a huge swath through the family.
