you don't use the proper body mechanics in doing your daily activities. bend your knees and not your back. you can google it: proper body mechanics. i recommend that you go see a chiropractor, you might be experiencing subluxations and because only 6% of our nerves feel pain. so by the time you feel the pain, it might be worse already. take note that our body cells can regenerate but never will our spine when it degenerates. don't just take medications because they have alot of side effects that can mask your symptoms.
