To pull a tooth, the preferred tool is a dental forceps which grasps the tooth. A rocking motion with constant pressure away from the root is applied until the tooth is removed. Surgical removal is an option for teeth below the gum line.

To pull out a tooth you need to first loosen it up. Slowly and gently start wiggling the tooth a few times a day until it loosens up. Continue moving the tooth until it is ready to be removed then get a grip on the tooth and pull it straight out.

A dentist pulls a tooth by numbing the nerves of the area first. Then the dentist will pull and twist on the tooth until it comes out of the gum. Some times the tooth will break into a few pieces while being pulled.
