Where can I get good advice on how to improve my art and writing?

Can someone please tell me what they like about this [i'll post the link], what could be improved, how it could be improved, and some notes for the next time? I'm looking for some really informative advice :)

the first paragraph switched suddenly from first-person to third-person.
