What are some exercise to get back in shape or to stay in shape?
If you really want to work, I recommend P90X. You'll get in the best shape of your life. But you've got to stick with it.
I would say just start running or jogging.. its not hard and its not a huge commitment but it shows results. try to run or jog for at least 10 minutes a day!
Drink alot of water: atleast 10 bottles a day
walking provides an all over body exercise and is a great way to improve cardio-vascular.
u can do regular yoga and also kapal bhati for your fitness and good shape. also u should do 5 push ups daily in early morning or early evening.
You can drink a lot of water and jig for your calf musscle. Or do P90X it's really good. My dad bought him and he never uses it and I started doing it. Or buy insanity
