What should i do if my sugar level is 320 after 2 hours of having dinner?

im a diabetic type two should I start with the insulin?,I taking e metforming 800mg

Probably you need to consult your doctor for such questions.
Unsupervised use of this drugs may cause your real trouble.

what i know is - when patients dont respond to oral drugs, diet and exercise in type2 cases- they then thought of starting on insulin.
But this are very complicated and tough decisions and always good under doctors supervision.
Doctor decides honestly, not patients.
