how many scoops of coffee per cup
In a twelve cup coffee maker you use four scoops to make the whole pot. From that we can estimate that 1/3 of one scoop should be sufficient to make one cup of coffee.
Coffee scoops may differ in size. The standard measurement for brewing coffee is 2 tbs. of ground coffee per 6 oz of water. You can add more or less to taste.
For instant coffee, one rounded teaspoon, or 1/3 tablespoon, of coffee is enough for 8 ounces of hot water.
