Hard-boiled eggs will stay fresh for up to about a week in the refrigerator. If they are peeled, make sure you wrap them in a damp paper towel and then place them in a zip-lock storage bag so the odor of the eggs won't go to other things in the fridge. It's best if you leave them in their shells for as long as possible.
