Pain in my left knee has resulted in my whole leg being swollen and now my big toe is numb, i have trouble getting up and moving what is it?

This can be a dislocation or strain of certain muscles that is making blood not to flow as required and the nerves are also not at work. You should see a doctor for urgent help before the leg gets worse.

Or a dvt. You need to get to the dr ASAP

Deep vein thrombosis. Blood clot lodged in the leg, causing pain and swelling.
If it breaks off it can kill you.

It sounds like it could be a blood clot/dvt...get to docs!
