Weight Watchers worked for me for awhile. However, they have expensive membership fees and accessories and books etc...you have to pay extra for that. I must say they offer FREE light recipes on their website. They are easy to make not to expensive and have a great taste. Not too hard to understand. I dropped about 20 pounds in several months. The best way to lose weight is to get at least 30 minutes of exercise a day and eat the correct portions and amounts of food. Avoid junk food and eat healthy. I did 4 years in the Marines and have always gone to the gym. I'm currently doing P90X and have never seen anything more effective in my life. The diet plan and workout schedule is laid out for you all you have to do is follow it.
