I bought something from eBay for30$ the I paid for it trough paypal and now it says that the payment is pending I had already bought sometin

If you have an Ebay or Paypal question, you should be directing your questions to them. You and they have the details on the transaction, not us.

Yep, you will have to contact paypal support for that. If you contact eBay they will redirect you to Paypal.

When I buy on eBay through Paypal, it always says that! I buy quite a lot & sometimes when I get the item, it still says pending! I don't think you have a problem! Send a message to the seller to see if they got paid, that's what I did the first time!
