Okay, don't put ketchup on it; I don't know what "mutate" is in this context. Also, putting any ointment on it before the burning sensation stops will not help. Do NOT apply butter, oil, or any kind of fatty substance. Submerge your hand in a bowl of ice water; it's safer that applying ice directly and colder than water from the tap. Take your hand out every few minutes to see if the burning sensation has stopped. If the tips of your fingers start to turn blue, remove the ice and use just the cold water.
burn cream, you can get it at most drug stores, any thing cold will ease the pain and stop the burn from cooking the skin more, aloe works great but the best thing is an ice bath every 15 min for 2 hrs soak your hand for 5 min then repeat every 15min, its still gonna hurt but way less.
Call a hospital and ask a nurse/doctor! I think kimkay has the best one. Do NOT stick a burn in hot water! Whoever typed that should not be answering this question! Also, whip egg whites and stick it on there, let it dry. That is an old remedy that works. My mom is a nurse that is sitting right next to me.
