You can be healthy and have good eating habits and still get diarrhea. There are other things to consider when you get diarrhea. It’s possible something you ate wasn’t cooked properly or perhaps it was going bad when you ate it. There are also stomach viruses that causes diarrhea. So you may not just have diarrhea but a virus could have invaded your body. Of course the healthier you are the less likely for diarrhea to happen.
