You can freeze cilantro by washing and drying the whole sprigs and freezing a few in freezer bags or by chopping and adding to ice cube trays with water. When the cubes are frozen, pop them out and store in a freezer bag for later use.
Snip the ends of the stems off of the cilantro. Place the cilantro bunch in a resealable plastic bag and squeeze as much air as possible out. The cilantro will keep for up to four months with no noticeable loss of flavor or texture.
