If you do that your body will go into starvation mode. You will lose weight but once you start eating again you will gain MORE than you had before. Try having a healthy diet with protein fat (the good kind) and carbs. Fit in time to exercise. Good luck! :)
The reason the answer would be different for everyone is size, nutrients needed and activity. Do it right. For 2 weeks, eat normally, count all the calories you eat, write down all the physical exercising (walking, riding a bike), you do. If you want to lose weight, cut out wasted calories not needed, increase your exercise, and get not so much thinner, but healthier! Eat APPLES! Great nutrition, filling and not too many calories.
