Be careful with the vitamin supplements. You are able to have too much intake of one mineral, which causes your body to halt intake of all of them. Supplements CAN be good but you should chart what else you intake so you keep dietary balance.
You are right...You can't get snuff nutrients from our food anymore with microwaved food, pesticides, genetically modified foods, etc. But always remember we need 74 minerals, 16 vitamins, 12 amino acids and 3 essential fatty acids for optimal health and we need these every day while we cleanse our bodies each day with a psyllium husk base fiber (8 tomes mire powerful than oat bran)
