Can they make the cars flying

Flying cars, while they might be possible are not practical. We already have problems directing traffic here on the ground in two dimensions. If you add a third dimension (up and down) you will be complicating the process beyond what humans are currently capable of. Possibly some day with computer aided guidance and warning systems, but the world of the Jetsons is still a while from being reality.

Yes they can. As a matter of fact, they already have. It is for sale to the general public, if you can find it.

The problem is marking the lanes...we are already running into each other on the ground in two dimensions, adding a third is currently beyond the level of human skill to navigate alone.

They say that flying cars might hit market in 2012. I'm pretty sure there are already flying cars existing right now but they're reserved for government use since they're probably SUPER expensive. Nowadays almost anything can be possible from the technology being created, but some of that technology might not have reached the media yet, and because of that we're left under the dark about all of the high-tech technology being created... the end.

They can and have, they are not on the public market yet, but you can buy them for a really expensive price. Please try to use proper grammar. It is one of my pet pieves.
