Is there a way to lock apps on your iPod/iPhone so other people can't open them?

my friend always takes my iPod and uses facebook, twitter and such without asking, and it gets really annoying when we hang out because she just chats with other people on my iPod. Is there a way where I can lock certain apps?

I have had the brand new i-pod touch for i while now and there is no way of locking apps that I know of. My suggestion would be to go to the apple store and ask them if you can lock apps.

No but some apps come with a lock but most of them dont
