How Much Does a Marine Biologist Make?

Report as

A marine biologist really gets about $55,000 a year I'm guessing professionals get even more. You can get $103,000 if your a professional . But it takes 30 years to be a professional .Professionals aren't really different it's just that they have a 30 year experience if you rather make $103,000 a year then start early because u have to know everything and have to start early to be a Professional a marine biologist doesn't make much money but its fun to actually explore the underwater natures .I have been one for 18 years I started being one when I was 18 but now I'm 36 years old I'm not a marine biologist anymore but I had fun being one .if your going to be one then go ahead it is a fun job .

Marine biologists in the US enjoy an average salary of $55,000 per year with a medium salary of $103,000 after 30 years experience. Because marine biology is such an interesting subject and the benefits of working as a marine biologist are so great (being outdoors, working with dolphins, traveling, etc.), it is a very competitive field and only the most passionate, dedicated biologists are hired.
