How do i fix my turning signal on my 2001 grand am? there out hazards too

no hazards or turning signals

Check the bulbs first to see if they're bad.
Check your fuses.
Test one of the sockets if the bulbs are good.
If these don't solve your problem, the signal switch is likely bad.

bulbs are good. where would the signal switch be located, if you know.

The switch is the arm on your steering column. Most national parts stores carry them (NAPA).
