To prevent sinusitis, you should keep your teeth in good shape. Sounds like that maybe hurting already. Besides teeth pain, Sinus Headaches can set off when you go outside without a cap, chilling your foreheads in the Winter/cold weather. You can calm the tooth down with Benzodent, it's a small tube of thick paste that will stick where you put it. Put a cap on even in the house if you have a headache and try to "bake" your frozen, feverish sinuses back to good health. Good luck!

You could also use a saline nasal spray each day or buy a Neti Pot. Keeping your air quality in your home can help to prevent problems as well. Stay hydrated too.
