You get to a point where you just are so tired of being afraid , you decide to make the move. You finally understand that confronting the fear once and for all is easier than living in avoidance of it. You get tired of being scared, consumed.
well people have their own ways yes think about it a lot can help but most people i know all that does is stress them out me personally i just think of it as something possible everything is possible no matter what it is just think to your self or say "i know i can do this" or this everyday thing millions of people do it so whats stopping me. think positive don't second guess your self
Face your fears...courage is the opposite of fear...the real truth fear is fear itself, fear is what you develop within yourself find out what you fear most and start facing them remember fear is what you made so as well you can get rid of, and courage will start coming in.
Weigh the odds of the situation and if it benefits you..just do it! But remember there is a thin line between being courageous and being stupid..also remember that courage does not mean fearless..it means having the means of moving past ones fear, i.e being able to stay calm in the presence of fear! Have courage!
