If you love chocolates then you will enjoy this homemade chocolate ice cream. Begin by scalding 5 cups of whole milk. In a sauce pan, melt your chocolate then add in your hot milk. Stir and mix well. In a separate container, mix your 2 cups of sugar, and 1/4 tsp. of salt. Pour the hot milk mixture together with your egg mixture using a whisk. Heat this entire mixture using a double boiler until you notice it coating your spoon. Add in 2 tsp of vanilla.
