Cut into 20 slices, place rolls cut side down in 2 round buttered cake pans. Let rise 30 minutes until doubled, pour 1/3 cup heavy cream over rolls, bake at 350 F for 25 minutes. In another bowl combine 2/3 cup sifted confectioner's sugar, 1 tablespoon of milk, and a dash of vanilla. Drizzle over your warm rolls.
