What is the name for bacon gravy?

The name of that is bacon gravy. Any time you make gravy from the drippings of a meat then the gravy is called just that. Bacon gravy, chicken gravy and even beef gravy.

My family calls it Fatty Heaven, as in "Mom, are you going to make Fatty Heaven after you fry the bacon?" :)
