Most states will take your feelings into consideration once you are 13. Unfortunately most kids pick the parent that let's them do whatever they want and then realize a couple years later that they prefer the parent that has rules. Thats why I'm glad me and my ex chose 50/50 time. Our 14 loves getting equal time with both.
When your parents go to custody court, the judge will ask what the kids want and if the parent either agree or are ok with it. You might want to speak with both your parents before the hearing, so this way at least everyones on the same page. Gluck
