Baking pork chops in the over is very easy to do. If you would like to bread then, use some egg wash and bread crumbs. Place the chops in a baking dish and put a little oil on the chops. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes. Turn them half way through.
To cook medium to thick style boneless pork chops in the oven you would cook them in a 350 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. For chops with the bone in you will need to cook them until the internal temperature reaches 150 degree at 350.
