You may qualify for " antique " tags in Florida if the car is 25 years of age or older, but the car is not a " Classic " in any way as defined by the antique car clubs or the AACA.
If you put " antique " tags on your car in Florida, as in most states, you can not use the car as a daily driver either. It has a mileage limitation, can be used for shows or club events and that is it.
If you are seen by the police fighting rush hour traffic up I-95 they will pull you over and give you a huge fine.
