Why does pc ask if i want to run or save file for fb?

When I try to go onto Facebook, pc asks if I want to open or run the file and will not let me log on to the website. What is causing this and how do I fix it. This just started yesterday and I have no idea how to fix it.

I think you need to get some kind of Anti-Malware program. I think that something could be infecting your browser. My program never asks me that when opening Facebook.
