Why is my fried chicken breast stringy. I cooked it different ways, temperatures and times. Chicken breast is stringy and looks shinny.

You probably didn't use the right amount of temperature while cooking. You can visit to see the correct recipe and know what you did wrong.

Thank you for the recipes address...Geat recipes... but this is the texture of my chicken breast that I brought at Costco or Sam's Club. it's rubberly. I was wondering if anyone else experience this problem. I saw notes from 2005 people reporting this problem but nothing recent. I could find the solution... old/young chickens, preservatives...?
